| The Inventory Specifications procedure describes the steps required to create and amend dynamic definitions for product specification data requirements.

Specification data is the technical detail that physically describes inventory items, e.g. weight or power rating, which may be used in product quotation activities and the determination of freight charges.
The procedure enables the dynamic definition of the required product attributes to be established, at both product group and individual product level, and concludes with the generation of forms that allow the specification data to be maintained. |
