| The Customer Discount Analysis option provides the capability for producing selective analyses of customers inventory purchases volumes, as defined by the debtor control account, inventory price group, date range and format requirements specified. The summary format presents, for each inventory price group, customers total sales values, and the percentage discount rate applying to those sales, over the specified time period, sequenced in either descending sales value or descending discount percentage order. The detailed format presents the summary information, accompanied by the values associated with each inventory item purchased by the customers. | The Inventory Price Update option provides the capability for either copying or selectively loading inventory item prices for a price code from another price code. For example, current retail selling prices (price code R) can be updated to the values represented by another price code (price code P) which is defined as a percentage of last received cost to derive proposed selling prices. | The Inventory Pricing Analysis option provides the capability for producing selective listings of warehouse accounts, i.e. inventory items, incorporating an analysis of prices for the warehouse, franchise, account group range, account number range, and price code requirements specified. The report lists account numbers and names, price values and gross margin percentages for each price code, and the variation percentages between the price code values, accompanied by details of item supersessions or optionally, the dates and unit costs from the most recent stock purchase. All price variances, i.e. increases or decreases, or only those exceeding a specified percentage may be presented, sequenced in either account number, account group or franchise order. | The Inventory Selling Price Load option provides the capability for loading inventory selling prices from files in various formats received from suppliers. This process is accompanied by a report that documents the input parameters submitted, the counts of records read and processed, and advice of process completion or error as appropriate. | The Order Forms for Customers option provides the capability for producing catalogue based product lists for selected customers, as defined by the control account, customer group, customer salesperson, customer account number, customer catalogue, product catalogue and format requirements specified. The order forms, personalised for each customer with their specific pricing, may be generated as either default Excel output, an alternative file type, or a printed format, and are preceeded by a summary report or prooflist, detailing all the customers for whom forms have been produced, and the output type, i.e. print, fax or email, that is applicable for each. | The Price and Stock Schedule option provides the capability for producing selective listings of inventory accounts detailing item pricing and current stock holdings, as defined by the control account, franchise, account group range and account group, account number range, price code, warehouse code and format requirements specified. The report lists account numbers and names, pricing details, and either on hand or available stock quantity balances for each warehouse code selected, sequenced in account number, account group or franchise order. Optionally, account supersession details may be included, prices may either include or exclude tax, and zero balance accounts may be included or excluded. | The Price Catalogues for Customers option provides the capability for producing catalogue pricelists for selected customers whose level of annual purchases exceeds a specified value, as defined by the control account, customer group, customer salesperson, customer catalogue, sales value and catalogue pricelist parameter requirements specified. The generation of the individual Catalogue Prices Report for each qualifying customer is preceeded by a summary report or prooflist, that identifies those of the selected customers for whom pricelists will not be produced. | The Product Margin Variances option provides the capability for producing selective analyses of warehouse accounts (i.e. inventory items) deemed to be providing inadequate gross margins, as defined by the warehouse, account number range, price code, and minimum margin requirements specified. Account numbers and names, current on hand quantity balances, last purchase costs, selling prices and gross margin percentages are presented, sequenced numerically (i.e. account number) or alphabetically (i.e. alpha key) as required. | The Rebate Calculations option provides the capability for producing listings of the rebate documents that have been set up for customer accounts. The rebates are calculated from the actual sale values and reported. For rebates that apply to related accounts all the accounts that are related are included. Optionally, accrual journals can be generated for acciunting periods where the rebate is not due for payment. Sales credits can be generated when the rebates are due for payment. These may be emailed to the rebate account contact and optionally copied to the salesperson or client manager responsible for the account. |
