- Every record has a system audit record which identifies the
date & time created, date & time last modified, as well as the
user who created the record and the user who last modified the
record.
- Every document offers a list view of all associated documents
with optional drill-down capability. This allows one to drill
from a sales quote to the sales order, then the sales shipment,
then the sales invoice and then to the actual transaction set
and back again.
- Additionally, one can create an 'Audit Profile' to record specific
actions on specific records, e.g. one can create a profile to
record all Inventory Price Group changes made from now until the
end of the year.
